Cold brewed Genmai Decaf has a refreshing flavor, bringing out sweetness. Brewed with hot water, the oxygen is taken in and the decaf gets oxidized by heat. Soak the grounds in water for one night at cold temperature and this slow, low temperature brew prevents oxidation.
